The best way to contact board staff is to create a thread in the Minecraft Java Speedrunning discord (more commonly referred to as Javacord). Sending a message to an active moderator or verifier on speedrun.com/mc also works if you don't want to use Discord, but it is easier to miss or forget about. The mod team can also be contacted by email at staff@mail.minecraftspeedrunning.com.
From the #help channel, a thread can be opened by clicking the
icon in the top right and clicking “Create.” The thread will be created once you send a message. Please give your thread a descriptive name.
